Rubio exposes Castro agent sent to monitor Senate testimony

Meet Rodney Gonzalez. This is the Cuban agent sent by the Castro regime to monitor the testimonies by Cuban dissidents who are reporting their persecution to United States Senators.

Minutes ago, Senator Marco Rubio tweeted his picture for the world to see:

Rodney Gonzalez was #Castro official sent to #senate to monitor testimony of dissident later beaten & jailed in #Cuba

For those of you just learning about this situation, Cuban dissidents were invited to testify before the United States Senate last week via video conference. Senators heard testimony about the human rights abuses these brave patriots are subject to.

The result? At least one was arrested and brutally beaten to the point of unconsciousness in one of Castro’s gulags.  No doubt, this happened as a result of what this detestable piece of crap Rodney Gonzalez reported to the Cuban government following their testimony.

I applaud Senator Rubio for exposing this dirt bag.

**UPDATE  6/13/2012, 2:20PM**

Per the State Department website, Rodney Amaury Gonzalez Maestrey is “Third Secretary” of the Cuban Interests Section in Washington, DC.
